AthenaX Elite Serve

AthenaX Elite Serve is a multi-tenant hospitality ERP that runs the entire operation of a restaurant, bar or hotel: point of sale, kitchen and bar displays, floor plans, hotel front desk, banquets and events, inventory, HR and payroll, reporting and an online storefront — synchronised in real time across every terminal in a branch.

Hospitality businesses in Sri Lanka run on a patchwork: a legacy POS, paper kitchen tickets, spreadsheets for stock, separate hotel software and manual cash counts. Bar pegs leak, kitchen orders get lost, and nobody knows the real end-of-day position until hours later.

A dual-database architecture: Convex holds live operational state (orders, KDS tickets, bar queue, table status, cashier shifts) with WebSocket sync under 50ms, while Neon Postgres — 206 tables via Drizzle — is the ACID system of record for billing, excise compliance and audit, fed by an HMAC-signed sync pipeline. POS terminals stay usable offline and replay a sync queue on reconnect. Granular roles (cashier, bartender, kitchen, inventory manager, manager, tenant admin, super admin) and a full super-admin console handle plans, subscriptions, add-ons, feature flags and backups.

Running live across 8 hospitality venues for two clients — a seven-venue group spanning hotels and restaurants, and Jansen's Bungalow in Sinharaja. In production at axshotel.com with Starter, Pro, Enterprise and Lifetime plans, a complete legal suite (SLA, DPA, AUP, refund and privacy policies), Uber Eats integration and a Sinhala-language UI — 1,150+ commits and still shipping weekly.
